Winter 2013-14
Welcome to our '13 - '14 winter shelter project. This year we are bigger than ever with 18 locations and over 550 volunteers.
We begin on Monday 2 December and finish at Solomon's Porch on Monday 31 March, '14. This is only possible due to you and your commitment to the cause of providing shelter to Bradford's homeless in the winter months. Thank you so much.
The team leaders at our various locations may have already been in touch with you regarding your availability.

Recently 50 or so businessmen and women slept rough under the arches at Foster Square. This is what one person feed back to us:
''Myself and the team that attended the event went through various emotions on the night, starting with ‘Why are we here?’ and ‘What on earth have we got ourselves into?’. Then Julie did her speech to all the attendees and we immediately knew the importance of what we were doing and how we could make a difference. Overall the event was an eye opener and a very humbling experience, we listened to stories from people that (unlike us) where not just there for one night, this was their home. We all came away the next morning with a very different view of the homeless and have all committed to have more involvement in the future. I think Inn Churches is doing some fantastic work and we met some great people on the night. Thank you for the opportunity to take part and we will definitely see you again''.
